JobSummary
‍
As a Back-End Developer, you will beresponsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-sidearchitecture that powers our observability platform. You will work closely withFront-End Developers, UX/UI Designers, and Data/AI teams to build scalable,secure, and high-performance APIs, data pipelines, and real-time processingsystems that ingest and process massive amounts of telecom data. Yourcontributions will ensure our platform delivers reliable and timely insights toboth operational and executive users.

• API & Microservices Development
  • Design and implementRESTful APIs and microservices to support data ingestion, processing, andintegration with front-end components.
  • ○    Ensure APIs are scalable, secure,and optimized for real-time data processing.
• Data Pipeline & Integration
  • Build robust datapipelines to ingest, transform, and store real-time data from telecomoperators, network management systems, and OSS.
  • Collaborate with DataEngineers to ensure seamless integration with big data and cloud storagesolutions.
• Real-Time Processing & Performance
  • Develop back-endcomponents that handle high-volume, low-latency data streams.
  • Optimize systemperformance, ensuring high availability and rapid response times for criticalobservability metrics.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functionalteams to translate product requirements into technical specifications andactionable tasks.
  • Participate in agile developmentpractices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems toimprove efficiency and reliability.
• Security & Compliance
  • Implement security best practicesto protect sensitive telecom data.
  • Ensure the back-end architecture adheres to industrystandards and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & Testing
  • Write clear, maintainable codealong with comprehensive documentation.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure theintegrity and performance of the back-end services.

Experience:

• 3–7+ years of professionalexperience in back-end development, with a strong portfolio of buildingscalable, data-intensive applications.
• Proven experience with designingand developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in server-sideprogramming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• Experience with databases (SQL andNoSQL) and data processing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of real-timedata integration techniques, message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and cloudservices (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization(Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security best practices and datacompliance standards.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving andanalytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively ina fast-paced, agile team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

‍Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Experience in developing real-timedata systems or observability platforms.
• Prior exposure to telecomnetworks, OSS, or similar data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration, especially inhandling data for Gen AI or LLM-driven applications.
